<p>At Cutalyn, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible — because we know that once you've made the decision, you don't want to be kept waiting.</p>

<h2>Order processing</h2>

<p>All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays).</p>

<p>Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.</p>

<h2>Delivery times and costs</h2>

<p><strong>Standard shipping: 5 to 11 business days — free on all orders.</strong></p>

<p>Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Timeframes may vary depending on stock availability.</p>

<h2>Order tracking</h2>

<p>As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing:</p>

  <li>your tracking number</li>
  <li>a direct link to the carrier's website</li>
  <li>your estimated delivery date</li>
</ul>

<h2>Delivery problems</h2>

<p><strong>Package not received within the estimated timeframe.</strong> Please check your tracking first. If your package still hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at <a href="mailto:contact@cutalyn.com">contact@cutalyn.com</a> with your order number — we'll take it from there and deal with the carrier on your behalf.</p>

<p><strong>Package damaged on arrival.</strong> Refuse the delivery if you are able to, or take photographs of both the packaging and the contents. Send them to <a href="mailto:contact@cutalyn.com">contact@cutalyn.com</a> within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a replacement at no cost.</p>

<p><strong>Incorrect shipping address.</strong> You have 2 hours after placing your order to email us and correct your address. After that, your order will already be in preparation and can no longer be amended.</p>

<h2>Deliveries outside the United States</h2>

<p>For any order outside the United States, please contact us directly at <a href="mailto:contact@cutalyn.com">contact@cutalyn.com</a> before placing it. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.</p>

<p>Please note: for deliveries outside the United States, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.</p>
